摘要
在工业冷却塔内,循环冷却水与空气之间的换热主要发生在淋水填料区。淋水填料的热力性能及阻力特性,直接影响了冷却塔的冷却性能。针对近年兴起的环保节能型竹格填料,利用计算机程序进行模拟仿真,评估了竹格填料的实际性能。对比了竹格填料与薄膜填料在热力性能、阻力性能及冷却性能等方面的差别,并通过应用案例分析,给出了2种填料的适用范围。
In industrial cooling towers, heat transfer between circulating water and air mainly occurs in the packing zone, and cooling capacity of towers is directly determined by thermal and resistance characteristics of packing. To evaluate the comprehensive performance of bamboo grid packing accurately, the development course of packing is summarized. By means of numerical simulation, thermal performance, resistance and cooling ability is compared between bamboo grid packing and PVC film packing, comprehensive performance evaluation of two packing is obtained, several application cases are analized, finally the packing selection advice is given.
