摘要
自动保压重锤式液控蝶阀作为循环水系统的主控阀门和安全阀,既能消除水锤造成的危害,又可控制水泵的反转,起到保护机组及管网安全的作用。根据某电厂新建机组循环水系统配备的液控蝶阀的结构特点和工作原理,结合液控蝶阀在调试过程中发生的问题以及所积累的调试经验,综述了该类型蝶阀的调试要点,分析了在调试和运行过程中容易出现的故障和产生原因,由此提出相应的预防措施和处理对策,提高了液控蝶阀运行的稳定性和可靠性。
As the main control valve and sa{ety valve of circulating water pump, automatic pressure keeping weight type hydraulic control butterfly valve can not only be against water hammer, but also can control the pump reverse and protect unit and pipe network. Based on the structural features and working principles of the hydraulic control butterfly valve of circulating water system for a new power plant, and combined with trial operation process of hydraulic control butterfly valve and the cumulative experiences of commissioning, the key commissioning technical essentials of the butterfly valve are summarized and the reasons for the common faults generated of the valve are analyzed during start-up commissioning and operation process in this paper. Furthermore, the corresponding prevention and treatment measures are put forward for these faults, in order to improve the stability and reliability of the hydraulic control butterfly valve.
