合金配比对6005A铝合金型材表面与性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用光学显微镜、常温拉伸试样、目视观察的方法研究合金成分配比对6005A型材表面光洁度、组织均匀性与力学性能的影响,研究表明:随着合金化程度降低,挤压型材的表面质量增高;随着Mn、Cr的质量分数增加,再结晶程度明显降低。最终找出综合性能最优的铝合金配比。 The effects of chemical composition standard on the surface,microstructure and mechanical properties of 6005 A aluminum alloy profile were investigated by optical microscopy( OM),tensile test and visual observation. The results show that the surface quality and the recrystallization's level of the profile are higher with the increase of the chemical composition content,especially the standard of Mn and Cr. Finally,the best chemical composition standard and comprehensive properties of the profile can be obtained.
