摘要 唐钢炼铁部通过优化混匀矿配料结构,控制混匀矿的Si O_2,稳定烧结矿的化学成分,不仅保证了烧结矿质量,而且降低了烧结矿原料成本。通过混匀矿造堆过程控制提高混匀矿产量,减少混匀矿成分波动,使混匀矿的生产组织与质量控制得以有机结合。通过堆计划的适时调整,保证混匀矿造堆实际成分与计划的一致性,提高了混匀矿质量,满足了烧结生产需要。 The ironmaking department of Tangshan Iron Steel by optimizing ingredient structure of blended ore,controlling Si O2 of the blended ore,stabilize the chemical composition of sintering material,not only ensure the quality of sinter,and reduce the costs of sinter raw material. By controlling the blending and piling process of blended ore to improve blended ore production,reduce composition fluctuations of ore blender,make the production organization and quality control of blended ore to be able to combine. Through timely adjust the blending of plan to ensure that the consistency of the composition of blended ore and the plan,improve the quality of the blended ore,meet the needs of the sintering production.
