摘要
采用数值模拟计算和靶试验证的方式,用防护系数表征研究同等厚度的AZ(Zr O_2增韧Al_2O_3)陶瓷和Si C陶瓷制作的陶瓷复合板抗7.62 mm穿燃弹的性能。结果表明:同等厚度的AZ抗弹陶瓷和Si C陶瓷制作的陶瓷复合板抗7.62 mm穿燃弹的性能相当,用等厚度的Si C陶瓷代替AZ抗弹陶瓷制作的陶瓷复合板能减轻质量20%以上。
The ballistic performance AZ or Si C ceramic composite plates with same thickness against 7.62 mm API was studied by simulation and ballistic experiment. The ballistic performance was characterized by protection efficiency. The results show that the ballistic performance of Si C and AZ ceramic against 7.62 mm API is almost the same,and the weight of composite plate with same thickness can be reduced by more than 20%,if AZ ceramic is replaced by Si C ceramic.
