摘要
从马克思消费伦理思想看,食品安全问题的实质即食品消费异化。从马克思生产伦理思想看,生产者动机不道德,技术异化与生产条件不充分是食品安全问题产生的根源。从马克思交换伦理思想看,交换者并不真正关心食品使用价值是食品安全问题形成的最终环节。由马克思食品安全伦理思想可见义利兼顾、以义取利是确保食品安全的根本原则;缩短交换中间环节,发展监督有效的新型产业模式,发展全产业链生产,培育健康消费者是防治食品安全问题的基本举措。
From the perspective of Marx's consumption ethics,the essence of food safety is food consumption alienation.From the perspective of Marx's production ethics,immoral producers' motivation,technology alienation and insufficient production condition are the root of food safety. From the perspective of Marx's exchange ethics,that the swappers do not care about food use value is the final link of food safety. From the perspective of Marx's food safety ethics,the fundamental principle for food safety is to balance justice and benefit,and to make profits by loyalty. Shortening the exchange intermediate links,developing new industry pattern with effective supervision,developing whole industry chain production,and fostering healthy consumers are basic measures to prevent and control food safety.
