利用覆铜板残渣制备板材研究

Study on the preparation of the panels from the copper clad laminate residue

摘要 通过扫描电镜分析、吸水率和弯曲强度测试等研究了利用覆铜板残渣制得的人造板材的性能。结果表明:覆铜板残渣颗粒粒径较小,松装密度为600 kg/m3,残渣中含有大量表面较为完整的玻璃纤维,长度为20~100μm。将质量分数70%的经1%的偶联剂和1%的苯乙烯表面改性处理的覆铜板残渣与质量分数30%的粘合剂混合搅拌均匀后,经真空振压成型固化后,可制得弯曲强度超过25 MPa的耐水性良好的人造板材。 The properties of artificial panel prepared from copper clad laminate(CCL)residue were investigated by scanning electron microscopy analysis,water absorption and flexural strength tests. The results showed that the CCL residue particle size was small and the bulk density was 600 kg/m^3. The residus contained large amounts of glass fiber with length of 20-100 μm and relatively complete surface. Mixing the 70% CCL residue after surface modification with 1% coupling agent and 1% of styrene and 30% binder,after vacuum vibration molding curing,the artificial panel with flexural strength over 25 MPa and good water resistence could be prepared.
