玻纤增强乙烯基酯树脂复合材料铺层强度预测 被引量:1

Strength prediction of glass fiber reinforced vinyl ester resin composite laminate

摘要 根据玻璃钢排烟内筒铺层设计特点,设计出3种结构单元,并提出由结构单元强度计算玻璃钢排烟内筒铺层强度的方法。实验结果表明,由该方法计算得到数值与实测值间的误差小于10%,符合ASTM D5364—2008标准,表明由结构单元强度预测铺层强度是可行的,对玻璃钢排烟内筒铺层设计具有借鉴意义。 According to the design features of FRP chimney inner cylinder laminate,three kinds of structural units were designed.The method of calculating the strength of FRP chimney inner cylinder laminate from the structural unit strength was proposed. The experiment result showed that the error between the calculated values obtained by this method and the measured value was less than10% and in line with the ASTM D5364-2008 standard. That indicated the strength prediction of laminate from the structural unit strength was feasible.The strength prediction had reference significance for the design of FRP chimney inner cylinder laminate.
