摘要
煤水分过大会影响锅炉的性能考核指标,设备的稳定满负荷运行直接决定锅炉运行的安全性。针对较高水分和黏度的煤在机械化运输过程中存在的常见问题,分别从煤库、给料机、输送机、筛分机、破碎机等进行了分析,提出了对应的处理措施,为今后类似项目的设计提供了借鉴。
Excessive moisture in the coal may affect the performance test figures for the boiler. Stable and full-load operation of the equipment is directly related to the safety of the boiler operation. For common problems during the mechanical conveying of coal with high moisture and high viscosity,the analysis in terms of coal storage,feeder,conveyor,screening machine,crushing machine,among others is provided,and countermeasures as references for design of similar future projects are proposed.
