摘要
简述磷矿石资源现状和磷酸生产工艺,从反应机理、物相分析、物料平衡几方面,分析矿石中杂质对磷酸产能、质量、酸渣量的影响,介绍了磷矿石的分级利用技术,认为可促进磷矿资源的优化利用,使P_2O_5利用率得到大幅提高。
The current situation of phosphate rock resource and production process of phosphoric acid is summarized. The impact of impurities in the phosphate rock on productivity,quality,acid slag quantity of phosphoric acid production is analyzed in terms of reaction mechanism,phase analysis and material balance. The grading technology of phosphate rock is introduced and thought that can promote optimization utilization of phosphate rock resource and improve the utilization of P_2O_5.
