摘要
金昌冶炼厂Ausmelt铜冶炼炉SO_2引风机内聚积大量的烟尘,堵塞蜗壳和叶轮流道,造成引风机振动和输出特性劣化,影响Ausmelt炉正常运行。在短暂停机清理聚积的烟尘结垢物时,又遇到引风机主轴因冷却收缩卡死叶轮等问题。针对生产中出现的这些问题,提出了一系列的对策,经实施后,目前引风机运转基本正常,能够满足工艺生产的要求。
Large amount of fume buildup in the SO_2 draft fan for the Ausmelt copper smelter of Jinchang Smeltery blocks the volute and propeller flow path,which causes vibration in the fan and undermines the output characteristics,and affects the normal operation of the Ausmelt smelter. After a short shutdown to clear the fume buildup,another problem occurred when the propeller was jammed due to contraction of the main shaft of the draft fan due to cooling. For such problems occurred during the production,a series of countermeasures are proposed and implemented,now the draft fan is basically running normally,and can meet the process production requirements.
