摘要
对磷矿石酸解液中提取稀土及草酸盐先驱体法制备稀土磷酸盐的反应条件进行了实验和探索,结果表明:制备稀土磷酸盐的合适沉试剂为磷酸氢二铵,沉淀所需的最佳pH值为5~6,在最佳条件下,可获得的稀土沉淀量最多且最易处理,为提取磷矿石中伴生稀土和合成稀土磷酸盐进一步的探索研究提供了依据,并且具有一定的参考价值。
Research and study are conducted for the extraction of rare earth from acid decomposition solution of phosphate rock and the reaction conditions for making rare earth phosphates through oxalate precursor process. The results indicate that,suitable deposition agent for making rare earth phosphates is diammonium phosphate,optimal p H value required by the deposition is 5 ~ 6. Under the optimal conditions,it is possible to get the most of rare earth deposition and which is easiest to handle. The basis for further research and study on the extraction of rare earth in the phosphate rock to synthesize rare earth phosphates is provided,and certain value for reference is offered.
