摘要 紫外光固化内衬修复地下管道技术,具有不破坏环境、不影响交通、施工安全性好、周期短、工程成本低等优点,与传统的开挖修复方式相比,社会效益与经济效益都很显著。本文以福建泉州宝洲街污水干管修复改造工程为例,介绍了紫外光固化内衬修复污水干管的工艺流程、施工措施及注意事项要点等等,希望为此工艺的推广应用提供一定的参考价值。 The technology of using UV- light solidified lining to repair underground pipes has many advantages,such as no damage to the environment,not affect the traffic,good construction safety,short construction period,low project cost,and so on. Compare to the traditional way of excavating,the UV- light curing lining method 's social benefit and economic benefit are both prominent. This paper takes trunk sewer repairing and reconstruction project in Baozhou Street of Quanzhou Fujian as an example,introduces the process flow,construction and main points of repairing trunk sewer by using UV- light,an so on. Hope this text can provide some reference to this technology's popularization and application.
