摘要
研制了一种单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,与德国TIPTOP公司的SC2000冷硫化胶黏剂配合使用,可完成特种防护服装所需的TPU(热塑性聚氨酯)/铝合金的粘接。通过黏结的剥离强度、耐湿热、耐水解性以及黏结缝的回弹性、屈挠性能、抗菌防霉性能试验验证,证明胶黏剂的性能指标达到了使用要求。
A monocomponent polyurethane adhesive was researched and prepared, and it was used together with SC2000 cold vulcanizing adhesive from Germany TIPTOP Company to accomplish bonding of TPU（thermoplastic polyurethane） /aluminum alloy needed for the special protective clothing. Through verifying the peeling strength, wet hot resistance, hydrolysis resistance of bonding and the resilience, flexure performance, anti-bacterial and mildewproof performance of adhesive joint by tests, it is proven that the performance indexes of adhesive can meet the application requirements.
