摘要
为了筛选有效防治药剂,在室内采用菌丝生长速率法测定了10种杀菌剂原药对橡胶树白根病菌的室内毒力。结果表明:戊唑醇、腈菌唑、丙环唑、抑霉唑、三唑酮、咪鲜胺、嘧菌酯、十三吗啉8种药剂对橡胶树白根病菌均具有较高的敏感性,抑菌效果较好,其EC50在0.017 7-6.013 6μg/m L,其中戊唑醇的毒力最强,EC50为0.017 7μg/m L;腈菌唑、丙环唑、抑霉唑的抑制作用较强,其EC50分别为0.027 8、0.045 6和0.077 3μg/m L。甲基托布津抑菌效果最差,EC50为41.299 0μg/m L。
White root disease caused by Rigidoporus lignosus is a major killer of young replanted rubber in foreign countries, and is the entry plant quarantine disease in China. In order to better realize this disease and to control it, toxicity test of 10 fungicides to Rigidoporus lignosus were tested in vitro. The results showed that the toxicity of tebuconazole, mycolbutanil, propiconazole, imazalil, triadimefon,prochloraz, azoxystrobin and tridemorph were effective in reducing the mycelia growth, with EC50 in the range of 0.0177-6.0136 μg/m L; that for tebuconazole was most effective, EC50 was 0.0177 μg/m L; followed by mycolbutanil, propiconazole and imazalil. EC50 was 0.0278 μg/m L, 0.0456 μg/m L and 0.0773 μg/m L respectively. And that for thiophanate-methyl was the worst, with EC50 was 41.2990 μg/m L.
