大学生村官媒介形象分析——以《中国青年报》为例

College Student Village Official's Media Image——Taking China Youth Dailyas an Example

20世纪末,我国开始推行大学生村官计划,选聘优秀高校毕业生到基层任职,服务期一般为3年。该项计划一方面是为了缓解当前大学生的就业压力,同时满足新农村建设对高素质人才的需求。推行至今已经走过了10多个年头,大学生村官早已经成了媒体报道焦点。本文以2008年以来的《中国青年报》相关报道为例,分析大学生村官形象,找出报道存在的问题、原因,求解优化途径。

China began carrying out College Student Village Official Program in the late years of the 20 th century,selecting excellent college graduate to work in grassroots organizations for three years.The Program has lessened the employment pressure and satisfied new country construction＇s requirement for high-quality personnel.With 10years＇ development,college student village officials have been the center of media report.This paper has taking China Youth Daily as an example,analyzed the image,found out the existing problems and the reasons as to get the improving channels.
