高职院校学生的危机应对意识和危机处理能力调查——以苏州高职院校为例

Higher Vocational College Students' Sense of Crisis Response and Crisis Handling Competence—— Based on Higher Vocational Colleges in Suzhou City

随着我国高职教育的不断发展,高职教育学生管理工作所面临的挑战也越来越多。由于高职院校学生整体素质不均、校内环境复杂、学生管理部门经验不足等原因,高职院校时常会突发各类危机事件。然而此年龄阶段的学生普遍缺乏危机应对意识和危机处理能力,因此在危机事件中他们的身心都很容易受到伤害;如何加强学生的危机应对意识和危机处理能力已成为高职院校学生管理者们迫切关注和亟待解决的问题。

With the fast development of China higher vocational education,higher vocational college students＇ management is faced more and more challenges.Resulted by many influencing factors,higher vocational colleges will be faced some crisis cases.While,the students are short of sense crisis response and crisis handling competence,inclined to be hurt in the cases.How to improve and strengthen their sense of crisis response and crisis handling competence is the urgent problem for higher vocational college managers to pay enough attention and solve.
