摘要 1负荷超声心动图评估存活心肌 负荷超声心动图检查对于冠心病患者具有重要的诊断和预后意义。负荷超声心动图常用负荷方法包括运动负荷和药物负荷。负荷超声心动图的综合敏感性、特异性及预测值〉80%。其中多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图是公认的检测存活心肌的方法之一。
