摘要
对利用分光光度法测定阿司匹林药片中乙酰水杨酸含量的条件进行了优化选择,结果表明:pH=2.5的CH_3COOH-CH_3COONa缓冲体系中羟肟酸与Fe^(3+)可络合完全,且络合物羟肟酸铁在525nm处有最大吸收,该方法测定的相对标准偏差为3.1%,回收率为85.7%~96.2%.
In order to apply determination of acetylsalicylic acid in aspirin tablet by spectrophotometry,working conditions of the method were optimized,and the results show in buffer solution of CH3COOH-CH_3COONa,in which the p H value was 2. 5,the hydroxamic acid with Fe^(3+)can be complexed,the maximum absorption wavelength of hydroxamic acid iron was 525 nm. The relative standard deviation is 3. 1%,the recovery is 85. 7% ~ 96.2%.
