高等师范院校化学专业教育课程改革与教学实践

The Curriculum Reform and Teaching Practice of the Chemical Education in Higher Normal Universities

综述了《中学教师专业标准(试行)》对中学化学教师专业素质的要求,在此基础上,结合沧州师范学院化学与化工学院优势的教育教学办学经验,改革化学专业教育课程,提出构建师德养成教育、学科专业教学和专业能力培养"三维一体"的新课程体系,通过多元化的教育教学实践使之具体化、可操作化,并取得良好的教育教学效果.

This paper reviews the demands that《the professional standards about the middle school teachers（ pilot） 》has presented for the professional qualities that the middle school chemistry teachers how to meet. On the base,the construction that chemistry and chemical engineering college,Cangzhou normal university points at the curriculum reform and teaching practice systems of the chemical education are put forward. Besides,this paper introduces the three-dimensional integrated practice of education which consists of teaching nurturance education about the professional ethics of our teachers,professional competencies and subject professional teaching.
