摘要
校企文化融合注重校园文化与企业文化的相互渗透.校企文化的融合有利于形成较好的高职院校职业氛围,有利于培养高素质高技能的应用型人才.分析了校园文化与企业文化融合的内涵和校企文化融合视阈下的高职人才培养模式的内涵,并从教育理念、人才规格、课程体系、实训基地、校园环境、教师团队、学生管理等多个方面,探讨了校企文化融合视阈下高职人才培养模式的具体实现方式.
The integration of enterprise culture and the mutual penetration between campus culture and enterprise culture are helpful to strengthen the professional atmosphere in higher vocational colleges. It is an effective way to train high quality and high skilled personnel. The author analyzes the connotation of enterprise culture integration and the demands of higher vocational talent training mode under the perspective of cultural integration and explores many aspects related,such as educational philosophy,talent standards,curriculum systems,training base,campus environment,the team of teachers and student management so as to realize the training mode of higher vocational education under the perspective of school and enterprise culture integration.
