摘要
目的检测Eales病患者血清中的T淋巴细胞(T细胞)因子。方法采用Luminex技术分别检测Eales病首发病例组、治愈病例组和健康对照组血清中辅助性T细胞1(TH1)亚群分泌的肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)和Th2细胞亚群分泌的白细胞介素4(IL-4)的浓度变化。结果 TNF-α在首发病例组、治愈病例组和健康对照组的浓度分别为(23.08±0.22)、(12.36±0.16)、(12.38±0.13)pg/m L;IFN-γ的浓度分别为(18.23±0.26)、(7.07±0.19)、(6.66±0.22)pg/m L。首发病例组和治愈病例组(P<0.001),首发病例组和健康对照组(P<0.001),治愈病例组和健康对照组(P=0.04),各组比较差异均有统计学意义。IL-4在首发病例组、治愈病例组和健康对照组的浓度分别为(4.18±0.19)、(4.16±0.13)、(4.15±0.12)pg/m L。首发病例组和治愈病例组(P=0.03),首发病例组和健康对照组(P=0.01),各组比较差异均有统计学意义;治愈病例组和健康对照组(P=0.79)差异无统计学意义。Th1和Th2细胞代表因子的比值IFN-γ/IL-4在首发病例组、治愈病例组和健康对照组分别为4.26±0.11、1.70±0.08和1.49±0.06。首发病例组与治愈病例组(P<0.001),首发病例组与健康对照组(P<0.001),治愈病例组与健康对照组(P=0.02),各组比较差异均有统计学意义。结论 Eales病患者血清中T细胞因子的浓度均有不同程度升高,且Th1/Th2比值升高。可见Th1亚群分泌的细胞因子占优势,可以证明T细胞亚群的失衡参与了Eales病的免疫机制。
Objective To detect the serum T lymphocytes cytokine of patients with Eales disease. Methods Luminex technique was used to detect the concentration changes of tumour necrosis factor α( TNF-α) and interferon γ( IFN-γ) secreted by helper T cells 1( Th1) subset and interleukin 4( IL-4) secreted by Th2 subset in the serum of patients with Eales disease untreated group,cured group and healthy control group. Results The concentrations of TNF-α in untreated group,cured group and healthy control group were( 23. 08 ± 0. 22),( 12. 36 ± 0. 16),( 12. 38 ±0. 13) pg / m L,respectively; the concentrations of IFN-γ in untreated group,cured group and healthy control group were( 18. 23 ±0. 26),( 7. 07 ±0. 19),( 6. 66 ±0. 22) pg/m L,respectively. The differences of the concentration of TNF-αand IFN-γ between untreated group and cured group( P 0. 001),untreated group and healthy control group( P 0. 001),cured group and healthy control group( P = 0. 04),were statistically significant. The concentrations of IL-4 in untreated group,cured group and healthy control group were( 4. 18 ± 0. 19),( 4. 16 ± 0. 13),( 4. 15 ± 0. 12),respectively. The differences of the concentration of IL-4 between untreated group and cured group( P = 0. 03),untreated group and healthy control group( P = 0. 01) were statistically significant. While the difference was not statistically significant between cured group and healthy control group( P = 0. 79). The ratios of representative factors( IFN-γ/ IL-4) of Th1 and Th2 in untreated group,cured group and healthy control group were 4. 26 ± 0. 11,1. 70 ±0. 08 and 1. 49 ± 0. 06,respectively. The differences of the ratio between untreated group and cured group( P 0. 001),untreated group and healthy control group( P 0. 001),cured group and healthy control group( P = 0. 02) were statistically significant. Conclusions Concentrations of T lymphocytes cytokines in the serum of Eales disease of patients are increased at diferent degrees,and the Th1 / Th2 ratio is also increased,which indicates the domination of cytokines secreted by Th1 subset. The imbalance of T lymphocyte subsets participates in the immunological mechanism of Eales disease.
