摘要 目的探讨不同刺激声音对前庭肌诱发电位(VEMP)潜伏期的影响。方法对15例(30耳)听力正常年轻人,设置3组6种刺激声。第1组:CE-Chirp~(chirp)和click;第2组:500 Hz NB-CE-Chirp~(NB500)和500 Hz短纯音(TB500);第3组:1 000 Hz NB-CE-Chirp~(NB 1000)和1 000 Hz短纯音(CTB 1000)。分别记录P1和N1的潜伏期,并进行比较。结果 chirp、NB500和NB1000的P1和N1潜伏期与各自对应的click、TB500和TB1000的P1和N1潜伏期均缩短,配对t检验显示差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);3组6种刺激声所诱发的VEMP P1和N1波间期,方差分析显示6组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论各种声音诱发VEMP出现的潜伏期差异,与声音的频率特征无关,是由组合声音的特性决定的。同时也解释了chirp声诱发的听性脑干反应(ABR)V波潜伏期短于click声诱发的ABR V波潜伏期。 Objective To investigate the effect of different types of stimuli on vestibular evoked myogenic potential( VEMP) latencies. Methods Fifteen normal hearing adults( 30 ears) were assessed with VEMP by using different stimuli. Six types of stimuli were set into three groups,each of which included two types for comparison. In details,Group 1 included CE-Chirp~(chirp) and click; Group 2 included 500 Hz NB-CE-Chirp~(NB500) and 500 Hz tone burst( TB) TB500; Group 3 included 1000 Hz NB-CE-Chirp~( NB1000) and 1000 Hz TB( TB1 000). In the testing,P1 and N1 were recorded for comparison. Results Paired-samples t test showed that P1 and N1 latencies recorded with Chirp,NB500 and NB1 000 were significantly shorter than the compared click,TB500 and TB1 000( P 0. 01). The analysis of variance showed that there was no statistical difference of P1-N1 interpeak interval among six types of stimuli( P 0. 05). Conclusions The latency differences of P1 and N1 among different stimuli is attributed to the start time,rather than the frequency characteristics of stimuli. In addition,it could well explain why wave V latency in chirp auditory brainstem response( ABR) is shorter than that in click ABR.
