导管室专职麻醉护士参与患者围术期管理的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Full-time Nurse Anesthetists of Catheterization Laboratory Participating in the Preoperative Management Patients

目的探讨导管室专职麻醉护士参与全身麻醉下介入手术患者围术期管理的临床效果。方法2010年1月至2014年12月,便利抽样法选择在第二军医大学长海医院导管室行全身麻醉下介入手术的患者4724例为研究对象。按入院先后将其分为对照组(n=2225)和观察组(n=2499)。在围术期,观察组患者采用专职麻醉护士参与患者围术期管理的模式,而对照组患者采用导管室护士护理模式。分析两组患者在麻醉诱导期及苏醒期的麻醉护理质量。结果与对照组相比,在全身麻醉护理过程中,观察组患者的术中意外事件和术后并发症的发生率均显著降低、意外事件处理及时率及并发症好转率提高、患者在苏醒室停留时间缩短,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在全身麻醉介入手术围术期,专职麻醉护士参与患者围术期管理能有效减少患者并发症的发生率,提高麻醉护理质量和患者安全,加快患者的周转,促进术后的恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of full-time nurse anesthetists of catheterization laboratory participating in the preoperative management for patients.Methods By convenience sampling,4724 patients were selected and divided into control group（n=2225）and observation group（n=2499）.The observation group applied with full-time nurse anesthetists participating in the management model for preoperative patients,while the control group received nursing from nurses in catheterization laboratory.The nursing quality in anesthesia induction and recovery were compared between two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence rate of accidents and complications in observation group was reduced significantly,the management of accidents and prognosis of complications were improved greatly,the observation group had shorter standing time and faster moving in the post anesthesia care unit（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion During the process of general anesthesia in the interventional operation,professional anesthesia nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of nursing care,and patients＇ safety level,accelerate the turnover of patients with general anesthesia and finally promote the postoperative recovery,which is worth for clinical promotion.
