Nursing Safety Management for Elderly Inpatients during Health Examination

目的探讨老年人住院健康体检期间存在的护理安全隐患,总结相应的管理方法,为老年住院健康体检者提供安全保障。方法回顾性分析2013年5月至2015年4月在解放军总医院住院健康体检的65岁以上老年人936例的护理资料,分析护理安全隐患及采取的防范措施。结果 936例老年住院健康体检者均顺利完成健康体检,未发生护理安全问题。出院测评表中对护理服务满意度达98.5%。结论加强护理安全管理,可有效保障老年人住院健康体检的安全,提高体检效率,提升对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the nursing safety hazards during the health examination in elderly patients,and to summarize the relevant management methods,so as to guarantee the safety for the elderly inpatients.Methods Clinical data of 936 cases were analyzed retrospectively,the nursing safety hazards and preventive measures were analyzed.Results All 936 cases successfully completed the health examination,with no nursing safety issues.The satisfaction rate of nursing care reached to 98.5%.ConclusionStrengthening the nursing safety management can effectively guarantee the safety of the hospitalized elderly during health examination,improve the efficiency of medical examination,while increase the satisfaction of the nursing care.
