对铁路节能几个争议性问题的思考

在铁路节能理论研究和实际工作中,长期以来存在着一些有待商榷的且带有普遍争议性的问题。从发展的角度对这些问题进行了分析探讨,从新的角度论述了高速铁路与节能的关系、电力牵引与碳排放关系、铁路能耗与水运能耗的比较以及铁路能效如何引入速度概念的问题,提出了一些创新性的观点,并对如何提高人们对铁路尤其是高速铁路在推进整个综合交通节能减排中所起作用的认识提出了建议。

In the work of the energy conservation theory research and practice on the railway,there are some debates for a long time and with widely controversial issues.In this paper,from the point of development it discussed more in- depth analysis of these problems.From the angle of the new high speed railway and the relationship between energy,electric traction relation with carbon emissions,railway and water transportation energy consumption comparison of energy consumption and the efficiency problems of the concept of how to introduce speed railway,the article puts forward some innovative ideas,railway.It especially proposed suggestions on how to raise awareness of railway the high- speed railway in advancing the comprehensive traffic understanding of the role of energy saving and emission reduction.
