摘要 供电95598服务热线以客户需求为导向,成为供电服务的受理中心、信息中心、调度中心、监督中心。在发生自然灾害、极端恶劣天气等情况下,为最大限度满足客户来电需求,完善迅捷的应急体系十分必要。以某省为例,通过分析传统被动应急面临的挑战,有效调集全省服务资源,加强组织体系、管理体系和技术体系建设,开展常态化应急演练,强化风险预警与检测,实施全过程闭环管控,不断健全完善"五位一体"应急管理机制,实现了变被动应急为主动应急。 Power supply service hotline 95598,with the customer demand- oriented,has become acceptance center,information center and distribution center,monitoring center of the power supply service.In the case of natural disasters,extreme weather and so on,to meet the demand of customer calls to the greatest extent,it is necessary to improve the quick emergency system.Taking a certain province for example,through the analysis of the challenges that the traditional passive emergency is facing,it system can a ssemble the provincial service resources effectively,strengthen the construction of organization system,management system and technical system,carry out routine drill,strengthen the risk early warning and detection,implement the whole process of the closed loop control,continuously improve the "five-in-one" emergency management mechanism,realize transformation from passive emergency to active emergency.
