C文化中心建筑设计项目风险管理研究

Research on risk management of building design project for C cultural center

针对文化类建筑设计项目经常忽视潜在风险,疏于对项目风险管理的现象,以C文化中心建筑设计项目的风险管理为研究对象,结合国内外研究现状,运用项目管理和风险管理理论,对C文化中心建筑设计项目的风险管理进行研究。通过德尔菲法和专家访谈法,经过收集、归纳、修改等,完善和确定出项目的 39个风险因素。同时,设计了风险影响程度及发生可能性两个维度的风险评估打分表,通过专家打分法进行量化打分。在进行信度验证后,利用概率影响矩阵对评分数据进行量化评估,最终使项目顺利承接并运行,降低了风险的发生,提高了项目管理水平。

Since the potential risks and project risk management of the cultural building design project are ignored frequently,the risk management of building design project for C cultural center is taken as the research object,and studied by means of project management and risk management theories in combination with the research status at home and abroad. On the basis of Delphi method and expert interview method,the 39 risk factors of the project are perfected and determined by collection,induction and modification. The risk evaluation grading table of risk influence degree and risk possibility was designed and quantifiably graded with expert grading method. The probability influence matrix is used to quantitfiably evaluate the grading data after reliability verification. The project was successfully carried on and run. The occurrence of risks is avoided,and the project management level is improved.
