摘要
高职院校"订单式"人才培养模式取得了一定实效,但在培养课程体系、供需之间以及双向选择原则等方面还存在矛盾,建议高职院校和企业共同制定"订单式"培养课程体系,对订单学生要建立选拔和淘汰机制,实现动态管理,以行业为主导构建"大订单式"人才培养模式。
Whereas the career-oriented teaching proves effective in vocational colleges,contradictions exist in the curriculum and the principle of two-way choices and supply-demand.This article suggests that vocational colleges and enterprises join in the curriculum and implement a dynamic management.
