摘要
影响高职学生自我效能感的因素为:既往的学习经历、师生定位的失衡、教学班容量的超负荷、单一的课程评价标准。利用"罗森塔尔效应"原理可以提高学生的自我效能感,具体途径为:转变教师角色,营造和谐宽松的学习环境;定位最近发展区,实施差异化教学;构建形成性激励评价机制。
The positive psychological suggestion from teachers can inspire the students' self-efficacy in learning and promote their knowledge construction.Therefore,this paper analyzes Rosenthal's effect to the vocational college English teaching and constructs a generating mechanism for the aptitude upgrading of the vocational college students.
