摘要 科研训练是提高研究生综合能力、创新能力的重要举措。目前研究生科研训练的主要形式包括:课程学习、参与课题研究、论文撰写、参与学术讲座与研讨会以及理工科研究生通过实验室轮转学习等。基于对W大学学术型硕士和博士进行的一次随机抽样调查分析显示目前研究生科研训练仍存在一些困境:研究生课程教学效果不尽如人意;硕士研究生参与课题机会偏少、人文学科专业科研经费投入不足;一些学术论坛、讲座、座谈会流于形式;理工科研究生实验室轮转制度效果有待进一步提高。本文针对存在的问题提出相应改进对策:改善课程教学方式;加大科研经费的投入,设立研究生专项研究课题;提高学术讲座质量、建立研究生科研组织;完善科研训练制度,整合科研训练资源。 Scientific research training is an important measure to improve the comprehensive ability and innovation capacity of graduate students.Currently,the main form of scientific research training of graduate students includes the study of the course,the participation of a research,thesis writing,the participation of academic lectures and seminars and the laboratory rotation of the science and engineering graduate students.Based on a random sample survey of academic masters candidates and doctoral students in W University,this study shows that there are still some difficulties in current scientific research training:the effect of current course teaching is not so satisfactory,the postgraduates have little chance to participate in projects,scientific research funds are not so sufficient in humanities,some academic forums,lectures,seminars have become a mere formality;the effect of laboratory rotation should be further improved in science and engineering majors.Corresponding measures have been put forward:improving the teaching method of the courses;setting up a special research project of graduate students;increasing the scientific research funds and improving the quality of academic lectures and establishing the scientific research organization;improving the scientific research and training system and integratingscientific research and training resources.
