摘要
针对某中卡产品进行空、满载状态转向与悬架系统干涉量校核,将其转化为转向盘偏转角度,对行驶中转向盘打手问题直观体现。经分析校核,转向弯臂端球销安装方向改变后空满载状态下干涉量均大幅度降低。优化后对车辆进行试验转向盘打手问题得到解决。
check interference quantity between steering and suspension system of a medium-sized Truck in full load and no-load condition,convert to steering wheel angle,show the process of steering wheel hit hands intuitively.By the analysis,interference quantity significantly reduced in full load and no-load condition,When the ball pin installation changes.To test the improved truck,the fault of steering wheel hit hands is resolved.
