摘要 文章介绍了在LNG系统中增加燃气温度控制系统后使发动机燃气进气温度控制在30℃-50℃范围内。解决了发动机在夏季环境温度高,气化后燃气温度高,不能满足发动机使用要求,导致发动机限扭,引起爬坡无力、熄火等现象。同时燃气温度在30℃-50℃时,使发动机系统燃烧充分,燃烧效率高,克服现有技术冷起动、低工况时进气温度过低导致的HC、CO排放过高和高工况时进气温度过高导致的动力性差、NOx排放过高的缺陷,降低污染物排放量,提高动力性和经济性。 This paper provides a Gas-Temperature-Control device of LNG system to keep the gas temperature of engine inlet ranging between 30℃ and 50℃.This device solves the problem that the gas temperature of engine inlet is too high to meet the requirements of the engine in summer. It could avoid torque limiting of engine caused by high gas temperature that results in climbing slope,accident flameout and so on, and what's more, the engine could have a sufficient combustion when the gas temperature is between 30℃ and 50℃. This device not only solves the problems of high emissions of HC and CO during the low gas temperature, but also avoids the poor motivation and high emissions of NOx during the high gas temperature. Therefore, it is wonderful that this device reduces the pollutant emissions, improves the dynamic performance and fuel economy of the vehicle.
