摘要
汽车空调压缩机是汽车空调制冷系统的心脏,起着压缩制冷剂蒸汽的作用。空调压缩机通过支架安装于发动机缸体上,它处于振动剧烈的工作环境下。因此,空调压缩机支架设计方案直接影响汽车发动机的可靠性和整机NVH性能。通过对空调压缩机支架进行模态分析和振动噪声试验测试,对汽车进行噪声优化分析及降低噪声,提高汽车的NVH性能。
The compressor is like the heart of the auto's air conditioner cooling system; it compresses and transmits the refrigerant vapor. The compressor is assembled to the block of the engine by bracket; it works under the strong vibration condition. Hence the design of the bracket influent the reliability of the engine and NVH performance of the whole engine directly. Through modal analysis and vibrate noise test for the bracket, we do the optimize analysis of the noise of the auto, reduce noise, promote the NVH performance of the auto.
