摘要
发动机是汽车的心脏,发动机效率的高低直接影响汽车的动力性和燃油经济性。而其中柴油机又以转矩大、压缩比高、燃油经济性好等优点广泛运用于中、轻型货车。为了更好掌握柴油机的工作过程,柴油机的工作过程的模拟和分析也越发重要。通过柴油机燃烧过程的模拟能更清楚了解进、排气系统在四个工作行程中能量的转换从而通过合理的进排气门控制、喷油正时等提高其柴油机的效率。文章从建立系统物理模型,将工质状态参数的变化与能量守恒定律、质量守恒定相结合,结合C语言编制计算机程序,得到各缸参数变化规律,从而得出结论。
Engine is the heart of a car, the efficiency of engine affects vehicle's dynamics and fuel economy directly. While the diesel engine based on its high torque,high compression ratio and efficient fuel economy widely applied in middle and light size tracks. for the purpose of learning better about the diesel engine's work projects, operating process simulating calculation and analysis of diesel become very important.With simulating diesel engine's process,we can get the convert during the every strokes.Then,we can control the injection timing to develop the diesel's efficiency. From the establishment of the physical model of the system will change and energy parameters of the working fluid state conservation law, the combination of conservation of mass, combined with C language computer program, to obtain the parameters of each cylinder variation, leading to the conclusion.
