摘要
对采集的道路载荷谱进行分析处理得到道路模拟试验的目标信号。确定了道路模拟试验系统的输入和输出的通道配置。采用白粉噪声进行系统识别。进行了道路模拟中的第一次驱动信号计算以及循环迭代,最终达到预定的模拟精度,为整车室内耐久试验奠定基础。结果表明,基于道路模拟技术,在室内复现三轴客车的路面激励工况,该方法可行、有效。
The target signal for road simulation is obtained after the road load spectrum is disposed. The schedule of the drive and acquisition channels is determined. Using the white pink noise signal, the system identification is finished. Then the first drive and the iteration are carried out and the expectant accuracy of simulation is achieved. The bus durability test will be realized with the drive signals. It is proved by the results that it is valid and available to replicate the road drive for tri-axial bus by the road simulation technology.
