摘要
针对循环球动力转向器性能试验台架的功能要求,设计了循环球动力转向器性能测试系统。该系统选用伺服电机驱动转向器的输入端,电动伺服液压摆动缸对输出端加载模拟阻力,通过VB编程调取采集卡相关驱动函数进行试验台的数据采集。系统能实时监控数据,实时绘制曲线,并能依据评价标准对测试结果做出合格与否判断。试验结果表明:该系统性能良好、工作可靠,软硬件设计符合设计规范,其精度及实时性能达到了设计目标,避免了盲目进行实车试验造成的安全隐患。
According to the functional requirements for the performance test bench of the recirculating ball power steering, the performance test system of the circular ball power steering gear is designed. The steering input is driven by servo motor.The load resistance on the output is simulated by the electric servo hydraulic swing cylinder. Using VB to obtain the acquisition card driver function in the data acquisition of the test bench, to collect the sensor output signal. The system can monitor real-time data, render real-time curves, and can make the test results according to the evaluation criteria to judge. Test results show that the system has good performance and reliable operation,the design of hardware and software of the system can meet the design specifications,accuracy and real-time of the system can meet the design standards, security risks of the actual vehicle test result blindly can been avoided.
