摘要
随着电子技术的迅猛发展及人们对生活品质的提升,汽车电气系统日趋复杂,在提供便利的同时因潜在失效而导致的风险大幅提高;故障注入作为一种可靠性验证技术,已在集成测试中得到应用。文章介绍一种基于d SPACE平台进行故障注入的测试方法,并通过实例验证其有效性并提高测试效率。
With the rapid development of electronic technology and improving quality of people's life, the complexity of automobile electrical system increases. Meanwhile, the risk is greatly increasing caused by potential failure; Fault injection has been applied in the integrated test as a reliability verification technique. The paper introduces a fault injection test method based on d SPACE platform, and its effectiveness is proved by example and the method can improve test efficiency.
