摘要
随着汽车工业的发展及轿车国产化程度的提高,车企在开发中会遇到各种汽车用金属材料的选材及失效问题。金属材料种类繁多,在使用数据时主要可以分为两大类:一方面为车辆前期开发过程中的分析用材料基础数据,例如材料的基本力学曲线及性能参数,硬度、屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率等;另一方面为车辆开发和后期质量控制过程中的零件失效的实际测试数据。针对这两大需求,开发了《材料测试及失效分析数据库》,满足了CAE分析及材料类失效分析的要求。文章主要介绍了数据库的开发思路及应用,该数据库为公司各部门提供了一个有效,快捷的平台。
With the developmentanddegree of carlocalizationofautomobile industry, Auto companieswill encounter varietyproblems about automotivemetal materialsselectionand failureanalysis during the development stage.There is various kinds ofmetal materials.The use of datacan be divided intotwo categories： one is the basic datafor the vehicleearly development stage, such asbasic mechanicalcurves,performance parameters,hardness,yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, etc.The other is the actualtest data for failure analysis inthe laterstageofthe developmentandqualitycontrol stage. Forthese twoneeds, ＂Material test and failure analysisdatabase＂ was developed to meet the CAEanalysis andmaterials failureanalysis.This paper mainly describesthedevelopment of ideasandapplicationof the database.The database providesan effectiveand efficientplatform for alldepartments of the company.
