摘要 几何形态测量学是基于笛卡尔地标点的形状统计分析方法。它能够完整地保留原始样本的几何形态信息,并配合使用复杂的统计学计算对生物形态进行分析。几何形态测量学在生物学领域应用广泛,其原理和方法在生物的分类、系统发育、昆虫监控及昆虫空间结构等研究中发挥着非常重要的作用。本文主要对几何形态测量学的发展、重要概念、研究方法及其在半翅目昆虫中的研究进展做简单阐述。 Geometric morphometrics can statistically analysis of shapes based on Cartesian landmark.It can retain the original shape of the sample and measures the shape feature quantitatively with the use of complex statistics.Geometric morphometrics is widely used in biology and plays an important role in biological classification,phylogenesis,entomological surveillance and spatial structuring.In this paper,we briefly introduced the development,important concepts and research methods of geometric morphometrics.The research advances of geometric morphometrics in Hemiptera were also reviewed.
