山西省11个地市中小型工业企业用地利用效率及影响因素

Research on land-use efficiency and influence factors of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises among 11cities in Shanxi province

中小型工业企业是我国国民经济的重要力量,其用地利用效率评价及影响因素研究,对提高中小型工业企业用地集约度,促进经济发展具有重要作用。本研究采用调查问卷获取山西省11个地市中小型工业企业用地利用情况相关数据,利用数据包络分析(DEA)模型对山西省中小企业工业用地利用效率进行评价,利用Tobit模型对影响中小型工业企业用地利用效率的影响因子进行分析。结果表明:山西省各地市中小型工业企业用地利用效率水平各异,太原市、临汾市、运城市和吕梁市4个地市的综合用地效率水平较高,忻州市和阳泉市土地利用效率较低;影响山西省中小型工业企业用地利用效率的宏观影响因素主要有人均GDP、人均财政收入、人口规模、工业化率、外商投资比和工业企业出口交货值。这6个影响因子与山西省中小型工业企业用地利用效率均呈现正相关关系。其中,人口规模、人均GDP、工业企业出口交货值3个因子对现阶段山西省中小型工业企业用地效率的影响相对较大,工业化率、人均财政收入和外商投资比3个因子的影响力相对较小。

The evaluation of land-use efficiency and the research of influence factors about small and medium-sized industrial enterprises which are the main force of China＇s national economy,and play an important role in improving the land use intensity and promoting economic development.In this study,information about the land utilization status of small and medium-sized enterprises in 11 cities of Shanxi province were collected by questionnaire,the efficiency of industrial land use was evaluated with the help of Data Envelopment Analysis（DEA）model,and its impact factors was analyzed by using Tobit model.The results showed that there were large differences among areas of the land use efficiency in small and medium-sized industrial enterprises,the comprehensive efficiency of land utilization in Taiyuan,Linfen,Yuncheng and Lvliang were higher,and in Xinzhou and Yangquan were relatively lower.The results also showed that the main factors which affecting the land-use efficiency of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Shanxi province included the average GDP,the average financial income,population scale,industrialized rate,foreign investment ratio and export delivery value of industrial enterprises.The six factors all positively related to the land-use efficiency of the small and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Shanxi province.Comparing the influencing factors of land-use efficiency of Small and Medium-sized Industrial Enterprises at the present stage,the population scale,the average GDP and export delivery value havd bigger impact than the industrialized rate,the average financial income and foreign investment ratio.
