摘要
请来自村镇学校的25名"国培计划""置换脱产"班学员,描述他们认为的"课堂教学低效或无效现象",用新课程理念和教学理论对调查数据进行分析,析出引起教学低效或无效的因素,有3个大类11个主题.调查结果揭示:"学生参与"不足,教师关注学生学习需要加强;随意增加"教学内容"难度是造成教学低效或无效的一个原因;"教学模式"形式化和僵化对教学不利;"教学过程"各环节落实新课程理念效果有待增进;"多媒体技术"的认识及使用需要加强.
A qualitative investigation to 25 village middle school math teachers in the Replacement of Full Time sub-program of the National Teachers Training Planning was conducted.The teachers were asked to describing what inefficient or non-efficient teaching they considered was.According to the theory framework of new curriculum and teaching pedagogy,data from 25 teachers were analyst and classified as 11 topics included in 3categories.For effective teaching,the results suggested the followings:(1)students engaging in math learning was not enough and teachers should pay more attention on students learning;(2)the teaching contents organized by teachers were much more higher than students’ competencies,this was a reason resulting in inefficient;(3)formalized and rigid teaching model was also an ineffective factor of teaching;(4)the claims of new curriculum should be more efficient in teaching process;(5)the importance and using of multimedia technology should be recognized deeply.
