分析了目前高等学校师范类物理学专业开设"物理教学技能研究与训练"课程的常用模式,对课型试教模式与微格训练模式进行了比较研究,提出了综合两种模式优势、更全面、更科学的物理教学技能训练模式.结合教学技能训练中的基本程序,提出了高等学校师范类物理学专业开设"物理教学技能研究与训练"的教学实践方法.

The most frequently used patterns of＂research and training of physical teaching skills＂that have been carried out in physics speciality in normal universities at present were analyzed in this paper,a comparitive research between lesson type trial teaching and microteaching was conducted,the more comprehensive,scientific training of physic teaching skills that synthesized advantages of the two patterns has been proposed.By integration with the basic procedures in training of physic teaching skills,we put forward the teaching practice methods of＂research and training of physical teaching skills＂that offered in physics speciality in normal universities.
