论述了大学生学科竞赛在地方高校应用型人才培养中的作用和意义.结合地方高校实际,提出了借助学科竞赛平台,推动课程内容改革,修订应用型人才培养方案,促进实验教学环境改善和资源优化配置,深化产教融合及完善竞赛指导教师团队建设等方案,优化地方高校应用型人才培养环境.增强大学生实践创新能力培养,提升地方院校服务地方经济发展的能力.

The function and meaning of discipline contest of application-oriented talent cultivating in local college were discussed.Combining with the reality of local colleges,relying on discipline contest platform;promoting the reform of curriculum content,revising application-oriented talent cultivating program,accelerating the improvement of experimental teaching environment and optimizing the allocation of resources,deepening the production-study-research and perfecting competition teacher team construction,and optimizing environment of application-oriented talent cultivating in local college.The practical ability and innovation ability training of students were enhanced and the service capability of local economic development was promoted correspondingly.
