稀土的引入对Cu-MCM41结构及催化性能的影响

摘要 通过在合成过程中引入稀土元素,对Cu-MCM41介孔分子筛催化剂进行了改性,并在选择性催化氧化二甲氧基甲烷合成碳酸二甲酯的过程中评价了其催化效能.详细考查了稀土元素种类的不同对催化效能的影响,研究结果表明,引入稀土元素可以提高铜物种的分散程度,且对有效活性组分的生成有利,碳酸二甲酯的催化选择得到了一定程度的提高. Synthesis of DMC by catalytic oxidation DMM was studied to evaluate the catalytic properties of mesoporous molecular sieve Cu-MCM41 modified by rare earth.The effect of the types of rare earth elements(REE)on the catalytic performance was investigated in detail.The results indicated that the introduction of REE can improve the dispersibility of copper species in the MCM41,which was beneficial to the generation of activated components,so the selective of DMC was improved.
