应用型人才培养背景下体育与健康课程改革对高校体育教育专业的启示

Inspiration PE and health courses reform for college physical education professional under the application of talent background

运用调查法、访谈法对淮阳一高体育与健康课程的改革和20名体育教育专业实习生的实习过程进行调查和分析,找出实习生在实习中存在的主要问题,指出应用型人才培养背景下高校体育教育专业的改革方向.研究结果显示:高校体育教育专业改革滞后于体育与健康课程改革,导致实习生满足不了基础教育需求,并提出高校体育教育专业需加强学生职业道德培养;更新教育理念;调整课程设置和优化教学内容;加强教学技能的培养和训练,培养符合基础教育需求的应用型人才.

Use surveys,interviews of Huaiyang a high PE and health courses and 20 physical education trainee internship process of investigation and analysis to identify the main problems interns during internship,noting that the application talents background college physical education under the direction of reform.The results showed that specialty reform of physical education lags behind the sports and health curriculum reform,leading to the intern can not meet the basic education needs,and propose physical education major students need to strengthen professional ethics culture,updating education concepts,adjust the curriculum and teaching content optimization,strengthening teaching skills development and training,training in line with the basic education needs of application-oriented talents.
