从连锁超市的发展入手,首先简单介绍了连锁超市物流配送的概念和我国连锁超市物流配送的特点,通过对国内外连锁零售业的配送发展状况及配送的现状进行分析,指出了我国连锁超市物流配送出现的问题。然后针对配送路径的优化问题而展开研究,提出了配送路线的方法,并详细介绍了节约里程法。最后结合实际案例,运用节约法,对中百集团生鲜物流园区的配送物流进行优化,同时指出节约法的优缺点。
