尼日利亚某市政道路含裂纹沥青路面的动力学分析

摘要 以尼日利亚某市政道路工程为例,基于断裂力学理论,取不同车速、面层动弹模和沥青路面裂纹长度3个因素,选取3水平进行正交试验,并运用有限元模拟计算正交设计方案的裂纹应力强度因子。结果表明:裂缝长度对裂缝的扩展影响最大,车速对裂缝扩展的影响较大,而面层的弹性模量对裂缝扩展的影响最小,远小于裂缝长度的影响;且裂纹应力强度因子随着面层弹性模量的增大而增大。在此基础上,提出了在施工、运营和维护阶段为减少裂缝扩展导致路面破坏的建议。 With the municipal road project of a certain city of Nigeria as practical example,a 3-level orthogonal test is made in the light of the theory of fracture mechanics,by taking three factors of different driving speeds,the dynamic elasticity modulus of the surface course and the length of the crack in the asphalt pavement.The finite element simulation is also applied to obtaining the crack stress intensity factor for the orthogonal design.The results show that the length of the crack has the maximum effect,the driving speed has a comparatively great effect and the elasticity modulus of the surface layer has the minimum effect on the development of the crack,much less than that of the the length of the crack.Besides,the crack stress intensity factor increases with the increase in the elastic modulus of the surface course.Upon the basis of the above-mentioned research,some useful suggestions to prevent the development of cracks to damage the pavement of roads are put forward in the paper for the stages of construction,operation and maintenance.
