摘要
盾构掘进中遇到不明障碍物时,由于水文地质条件的不同、地面环境及其周边建筑物的影响,给障碍物的处理带来了诸多困难。西安地铁盾构掘进中遇到侵线混凝土桩,详细介绍了盾构工作参数异常情况、机械状态及反应措施,对侵线桩采取挖孔破除的方法予以解决,有效保证了盾构施工的安全。在遇到不明障碍物时应根据实际的地质条件、地面环境、设备状况,进行不同处置方案的比选,确定施工安全、工期短有利于设备维护的施工方案,安全快速的处理不明障碍物。
When unidentified obstacles are met with in the course of tunneling with a shield,the treatment of the obstacles tend to be rather difficult due to the difference in hydrologic and geological conditions,the ground environments,and the influence of the buildings around.When the Xi'an Subway is built with a shield,some boundary-invading concrete piles are met with.Introduced in detail in the paper are the abnormal working parameters and the mechanical states of the shield,and the counter-measures adopted.The boundary-invading piles are removed by means of digging holes and demolishing them,upon the basis of which the safe construction of the shield is fully ensured.When unidentified obstacles are met with in the course of tunneling with a shield,various construction schemes should be compared and the best one should be chosen according to the specific geological conditions,the ground environment and the state of the equipment so as to ensure the safe construction with the shield,shorten the construction duration and favor the maintenance of the equipment and the safe and quick treatment of the unidentified obstacles.
