TCM Symptoms of Ulcerative Colitis of Principal Component Analysis

目的:探讨溃疡性结肠炎的症状组合规律。方法:应用聚类分析的方法,归纳出溃疡性结肠炎基本中医证候群;运用主成分分析,综合分析溃疡性结肠炎各证的症状,寻找出溃疡性结肠炎常见证候特异性的主要症状指标。结果:聚类分析得出七类中医基本证候;分析提示:大肠湿热证主要症状:脉滑数、舌红、苔黄腻、腹部灼痛、里急后重等;阴虚肠燥证主要症状:舌红少苔、舌红少津、脉细数、腹部隐隐灼热等;脾胃虚弱证主要症状:便溏、舌淡嫩、苔白微腻、脉濡缓等;肝郁脾虚证主要症状:腹痛则泻、泻后痛泻、与情志有关、脉弦等;脾肾阳虚证主要症状:脉沉细或弱、畏寒肢冷、五更泻、舌淡胖边齿痕等;血瘀肠络证主要症状:舌瘀点瘀斑、舌质紫暗、脉涩、腹部刺痛等;寒热错杂证主要症状:脉濡数、苔薄黄、腹泻时发时止、胃脘灼热不舒等。结论:主成分分析结果与溃疡性结肠炎中医临床辨证基本相符。

Objective： To investigate the ulcerative colitis symptoms rule of combination. Methods： The cluster analysis methods were applied to summarize the ulcerative colitis basic of TCM syndrome; principal component analysis was used to analyze the ulcerative colitis symptoms in each card to find out ulcerative colitis common syndromes specific symptom index. Results： According to cluster analysis, there were seven common syndrome types, syndrome of large intestinal dampheat with main symptoms of slippery pulse, red tongue, yellow greasy moss, abdominal scorching pain, and tenesmus, syndrome of yin deficiency and intestinal dryness with main symptoms of red tongue, less moss, little fluid, rapid pulse, dull and scorching of abdomen, deficiency of the spleen and stomach with main symptoms of red tongue, yellow greasy moss, pulse a few strings, slippery pulse, irritability, thirst-hi cold, dry mouth waiting, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome with main symptoms of loose stools, pale tongue, greasy moss, slow pulse, spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome symptoms with thin pulse, aversion to cold, morning diarrhea, tongue pale edge scalloped, syndrome of blood stasis in the intestinal collateral with main symptoms of tongue with cyanotic petechiae and points, cyanotic tongue,astringent pulse, abdominal stabbing pain, and Cold-heat complex syndrome with main symptoms of fast and soft pulse, thin and yellow tongue fur, intermittent diarrhea attacks, scorching pain in the epigastrium, etc. Conclusion： The results of principal component analysis and the clinical syndrome differentiation of ulcerative colitis were basically consistent.
